Educational Qualification

Educational certificate other than State Board/Central Board should be accompanied by Government of India notification declaring that such qualification is equivalent to Matric/10th Class pass for employment under Central Govt. Driving Permit: Candidate must possess a valid driving license for the following types of vehicles:- a) Heavy Motor Vehicle or Transport Vehicle (HMV/TV); b) light motor vehicles; c) Motor cycle with gears; |

Age Limits
- Between 21 and 27 years. The important date for determining the age limit will be the last date of receipt of online application from the candidates i.e. 22/02/2023 for candidates from North East region.
- The upper age limit is also relaxable for Government servants including CISF personnel serving in the posts of Constable (GD), Constable (Fire) and Constable (Commercial), up to 40 years in case of General and OBC candidates and 45 years in case of. Among candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, if they have rendered minimum 03 years continuous service, completed their probation period satisfactorily, maintain a penalty free record and have minimum annual grading above “average” during entire service.
- Upper age limit up to 5 years is more relaxed for children and dependents of victims of 1984 riots and 2002 communal riots in Gujarat.
