RPF Recruitment 2024 – Vacancy Details
For the upcoming RPF Recruitment 2024, it is expected that there may be more than 4208 vacancies for Constable and more than 452 vacancies for Sub Inspector. 15% vacancy will be reserved for women. RPF Recruitment 2024 – SI and Constable Apply Online

Selection process
The selection process generally consists of several stages to ensure recruitment of eligible candidates into the Railway Protection Force (RPF). The selection process includes the following steps:
Stage 1: Computer Based Testing (CBT) – Will be conducted by Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). The initial stage of the selection process is Computer Based Testing (CBT).
Stage 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – Will be conducted by Railway Protection Force (RPF). Candidates who qualify for CBT will then have to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The PET includes running, high jump and high jump. The standard of PET will be different for male and female candidates.
Stage 3: Physical Measurement Test (PMT) – Will be conducted by Railway Protection Force (RPF). Candidates who qualify PET have to undergo physical measurement test to ensure that they meet the prescribed physical standards.
Step 4: Document Verification – Will be conducted by Railway Protection Force (RPF). After clearing the PET and PMT, candidates have to verify their eligibility by providing the required documents, which usually includes identity certificate, educational certificate and other relevant documents.
Constable Syllabus and Exam Pattern
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Test and PET stage. RPF Constable CBT exam will be of total 120 marks and questions will be of MCQ type. And RPF Constable Syllabus includes Arithmetic, General Intelligence & Reasoning and General Awareness topics.
